Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or using SiteRabbits services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

“SiteRabbits,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to SiteRabbits and its operators. “You” or “Client” refers to the individual or business subscribing to our services.

Services Provided

SiteRabbits provides subscription-based website design and maintenance services, which may include:

• Custom website design and development
• Website hosting and SSL certificates (where included in your plan)
• Ongoing maintenance and updates
• Technical support during business hours
• Content updates as specified in your plan

Specific deliverables depend on your selected subscription plan.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Supply necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Provide any required access credentials (domain registrar, existing hosting, etc.)
• Review and approve designs within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure all content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights
• Use the website and services in compliance with applicable laws

Timelines & Revisions

We aim to deliver your initial website build within the timeframe specified for your plan. Actual timelines depend on how quickly you provide content and feedback.

Each plan includes a reasonable number of revision rounds. Major scope changes or additional features beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges or require a plan upgrade.

Your website will not go live until you provide written approval. We will share a preview link for your review before launch.

Payments & Subscription

SiteRabbits operates on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Applicable taxes may be added based on your location
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. Continued payment failures may result in service suspension.

If you need to pause your subscription, contact us at info@siterabbits.com to discuss options.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@siterabbits.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period
• After that, hosting and access will be discontinued
• SiteRabbits does not provide downloadable website files and does not transfer websites to other hosts
• Continued access to the website requires an active subscription

Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. In general, subscription charges are non-refundable except as described in that policy or as required by applicable law.

Ownership & Licenses

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content, images, logos, and materials you provide to us. You grant SiteRabbits a license to use these materials solely to deliver our services to you.

Website Access: Your website is hosted and maintained by SiteRabbits as part of your active subscription. Access to the website requires an active subscription. SiteRabbits does not provide downloadable website files or transfer websites to other hosts.

Our Tools & Templates: SiteRabbits retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, code libraries, and template systems used to build websites. These are not transferred to clients.

Stock Assets: If stock images, fonts, or other licensed assets are used, they remain subject to their respective license terms. We will use appropriately licensed assets for commercial use.

No Guarantees

While we strive to create effective websites, SiteRabbits does not guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings or SEO results
• A certain number of leads, sales, or conversions
• Uninterrupted or error-free website operation

We provide services on a best-effort basis and will work with you to address issues as they arise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteRabbits and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SiteRabbits in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
