Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SiteRabbits subscription services.
Subscription Billing
SiteRabbits subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (daily, monthly, or as specified in your plan). Each charge covers the upcoming billing period.
Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at: info@siterabbits.com
Please include your name, business name, and the email address associated with your account.
Cancellation requests are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After that:
- No further charges will be made
- Your website hosting and access will be discontinued
- SiteRabbits does not provide downloadable website files and does not transfer websites to other hosts
- Continued access to the website requires an active subscription
Refund Policy
General Policy: Subscription charges are non-refundable. Each payment covers the service period for which it was charged.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Prior billing periods
- Partial or unused portions of a billing period
- Subscription downgrades
If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concerns.
New Subscriber Exception
If you are a new subscriber and onboarding has not yet begun, you may request a cancellation and refund within 3 business days of your first payment.
To qualify for this exception:
- Your request must be made within 3 business days of your first charge
- No onboarding work (intake calls, design work, etc.) has been started
- You must email info@siterabbits.com with your cancellation request
This is a one-time exception for new subscribers only.
Exceptions Required by Law
If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require different refund terms, those laws will apply. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund under local regulations.
